Idis Alvarez is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and the Broker/Owner of Riverside Realty of Naples, LLC, proudly serving Naples and communities throughout Southwest Florida, including Golden Gate Estates, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Lehigh Acres, and Cape Coral.

With more than 13 years of experience in real estate, Idis has dedicated her career to helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate their real estate transactions with knowledge, integrity, and personalized attention. Her experience includes residential properties, vacant land and lots, investment opportunities, and guiding families through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home.

Originally from Cuba, Idis built her life and career in the United States through perseverance, education, faith, and a genuine desire to serve others. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Hodges University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, an accomplishment that reflects her commitment to personal and professional growth.

As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, Idis understands the importance of communication and connection. She believes successful real estate transactions are built through teamwork among clients, REALTORS®, lenders, title companies, inspectors, builders, and other professionals involved in the process.

Beyond real estate, Idis is a devoted wife and mother of three. Her family and her faith are at the center of her life.
